National Recycling Congress
Dutch Recycling Associations join forces in organizing National Recycling Congress
Less than two months to go till 18 March, Global Recycling Day 2020. This year, it is exactly 100 years ago that the Dutch recycling industry got together in the General Association for the Rags and Scrap Trade. Circularity has therefore been core business for the Dutch recycling sector for almost a century. The sector innovates, invests and contributes to a circular economy that is less dependent on foreign ‘outlets’ and minimizes the impact on our environment. 100 years later, the joint recycling industries again join forces with the organisation of this congress, in order to raise awareness among all stakeholders concerned about the importance of their sectors for the achievement of the Circular Economy in The Netherlands. The programme, which will be opened by Minister Stientje van Veldhoven, will be in Dutch. To review the programme and/or register for the event, please click here.
