The European Recycling Conference (ERC), powered by BDSV, VDM & BVSE, will offer unparalleled networking opportunities while leading industry speakers will keep you abreast of the latest business and regulatory developments at European level.

The conference on 10 September will start at 10h and finish at 17h with a networking lunch and coffee breaks in between. It will be followed by a Gala Dinner at a river cruise from 19h to 22h30.

Cancellation policy

Please bear in mind that we require a minimum of 15 days cancellation notice in case you can't attend the ERC 2018 for your registration fees to be 100% refunded, otherwise we will charge you a cancellation fee as below:

* 50% of the total amount of registration fees will be charged if you cancel your registration between 14 and 8 days before the 10th September 2018.
* 75% of the total amount of registration fees will be charged if you cancel your registration between 7 and 4 days before the 10th September 2018.

Registrations fees will not be refunded for any cancellation notified as from 6 September 2018 on.
