Members and sponsors themselves guarantee that they comply with the Privacy Regulation and will indemnify, hold harmless and compensate EuRIC for all claim resulting from non-compliance with the above.

EuRIC may also have collected additional information such as individual photos, pictures and videos taken at meetings, statements made during meetings and any other data necessary for participating to meetings, relevant for administrative purposes or required by law.
For directors and other persons entitled to represent the association, it also includes additional personal information such, copy of ID card/passport and invoice attesting the domicile, in view of publication to the Belgian State Gazette (Moniteur Belge) and Crossroads Bank for Enterprises.
For employees and other staff members, the national identification number may also be requested.

By agreeing to this privacy policy, legal entities members providing personal data of third parties (e.g. their employees, members, board members, staff, subcontractors, contracting parties) guarantee that they will inform the aforementioned data subjects regarding the abovementioned rights and how to exercise these rights.

EuRIC shall under no circumstance sell your personal data to Third-Parties or share it for commercial gain. EuRIC may however share your data for the fulfilment of its activities when (i) there is a legal obligation to transfer the personal data and in particular to public authorities, (ii) it is necessary to do so to its partners (e.g. subcontractors, partners or contracting parties); for the achievement of the Use (iii) we have legitimate interest to do so.
